Volunteers are needed throughout the year to help plan fun and meaningful community events. Lend your ideas and skills to a community project, showcase your creativity or talent at a community event, or show your support by attending community meetings to ensure your interests and concerns are represented. All residents of Dares Beach are encouraged to participate in a single event or on an ongoing basis. Either way, your ideas and energy will help create a stronger sense of community, bring continuity, longevity, and success to the DBCA, and enhance our community by creating a friendly and safe neighborhood for all residents. Use the contact button below to let us know how you can help.
The mosquito spraying season begins on May 1st. See below for more information about the Mosquito Control Program. Completed exemption forms must be received by the DBCA no later than April 21st, to be included with the 2025 Mosquito Control Program Request Form submission. Email exemption forms to DaresBeachCivic@gmail.com, or drop them off at the April 21st Quarterly Meeting.
Check out this informative (and short) video!
The DBCA has a special committee working on organizing events to celebrate and ways to commemorate the occasion in 2027. If you have historical information about Dares Beach that you'd like to share with us, please reach out!
